We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help lead that growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary $48,000 - $58,000 Plus Commission + Bonus. There is plenty of upside. Strong performers should look for this base only to be less than 50% of their comp.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager is the primary engine behind growing our client base. You'll build relationships grounded in trust, develop referral pipelines across departments, and represent RPM Seacoast NH as a credible, knowledgeable partner in the local real estate community.

This role is as much about integrity as it is about hustle. You'll be a fearless networker with sharp negotiation instincts - someone who can walk into any room, earn trust quickly, and convert relationships into long-term contracts. You must be comfortable building a pipeline, making calls and following up. You must be structured and consistent. You should expect to make daily outbound activity.

What We're Looking For

Proven, verifiable success selling managed service contracts or high-trust consultative sales

Top-tier prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience managing cross-departmental referrals and partnerships

Strong time management and self-direction - you hold yourself accountable

Knowledge of the Seacoast NH market and local real estate landscape

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with CRM or property management tools a plus
