Rapidly growing consumer electronics distributor and repair company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our high-energy organization.ย ย As an Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sales growth by identifying new market opportunities and trends. The ideal candidate is outgoing and has a track record of meeting management targets.

Job Description
  • Management of existing customers in the market segment
  • Acquire new business partners and clients for the business
  • Maximize each sales opportunity with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationship
  • Participates in company and industry events and conferences
  • Implement sales strategy, including investigating and developing new markets and customers for specific geographies, customers, market and/or product lines as guided by sales and market strategies
  • Use pipeline reporting tools efficiently to document activity and manage sales territory
  • Develop account tactics (goal setting, time management, and resource allocation)
  • Implement account pricing strategy within agreed upon guidelines
  • Work with technical and executive staff on development of opportunities for new products and in negotiations
  • Communicate value proposition and other critical information to customers
  • Acquire key information (sales forecasts, service needs, and market trends) from customers and share with sales/technical/production management to strengthen company position
  • Enhance customer relationship marketing to key accounts within assigned territory
  • Achieve superior customer satisfaction and ensure customer loyalty at key strategic accounts
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or Business related field
  • 3-5ย years sales experience
  • Proven track record of inside or field sales in the electronicsย industry, preferred
  • Multilingualย is a plus
