Position Summary...The Senior Partner, Ad Partner Management at Walmart Connect leads the development and execution of strategic advertising partnerships aligned with business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, high visibility team within the world’s largest company. Walmart Connect is seeking a Technology Partner Development Manager to oversee a large portfolio of technology partners integrated with our advertising APIs. This role will focus on a broad set of high‑potential SMB partners across  the campaign management segment. You will guide partners through our new incubation program while shaping the strategy, playbooks, and frameworks that define how early-stage partners grow.

The Tech Provider Partnerships team at Walmart Connect leads strategic collaborations with technology partners to enhance advertising success within Walmart’s commerce and media ecosystem. Working closely with product, engineering, sales, and operations, the team identifies market needs, shapes partner strategies, and supports platform adoption. Positioned between business development and product strategy, the team translates insights into actionable opportunities, guides integration efforts, and expands advertising solutions. Members apply strong relationship management, analytical abilities, and operational discipline to build scalable processes that drive sustained growth and innovation in a dynamic environment.   • Develop and execute advertising partnership strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue and growth.
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage potential partners based on market analysis and business impact.
  • Oversee partnership performance, ensuring fulfillment of Joint Business Plan benefits and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to define requirements, manage integration timelines, and ensure successful execution.
  • Lead multiple business plans and projects by setting priorities, removing obstacles, and measuring progress against targets.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
