Job description

(Senior) Partner Development Manager, Horizontal Platforms, Technology & LLMs

New York, Charlotte or Palo Alto hybrid

This role sits at the intersection of Intapp's most strategically important partnerships and the fast-moving agentic AI landscape. As (Senior) Partner Development Manager, Horizontal Platforms, Technology & LLMs, you will own and grow the relationships that connect Intapp Celeste to the hyperscaler, model, and platform layer - including a nine-figure commercial partnership with Microsoft that drives tens of millions in co-sell revenue annually. Your work directly shapes how Intapp is positioned inside the IT estates of professional firms and how our agentic solutions are engineered, governed, and distributed at scale.

Day to day, you will design and execute joint plans with partners such as Microsoft and Anthropic, drive co-engineering and marketplace initiatives, and engage directly in client opportunities where partner involvement strengthens competitive positioning. You will work cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Marketing, Industries, and Sales, and report to the Head of Horizontal AI and Platform Partnerships. This role requires fluency in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, and applied AI - as well as the structured thinking and executive presence to operate at the level of our most senior partner relationships.

What you will do

As a (Senior) Partner Development Manager, Horizontal Platforms, Technology & LLMs, you can expect to:

  • Build and execute partner plans - starting with Microsoft - designing joint value propositions, multi-year collaboration roadmaps, co-engineering agendas, and go-to-market motions that are embedded in the annual plans of Intapp's business units, R&D teams, and GTM functions.
  • Grow Intapp's Microsoft co-sell business globally and expand co-innovation outcomes, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue across the Intapp platform and Celeste.
  • Translate market and client needs into joint solutions by working with Product, R&D, and Industries teams to identify where deeper integration with horizontal platforms and LLMs - including MCP and agent-to-agent protocols - makes Intapp solutions measurably more capable and easier to deploy.
  • Own and grow executive relationships with assigned partners, becoming a trusted strategic liaison and leading governance and coopetition frameworks in collaboration with senior stakeholders across Intapp.
  • Lead internal alignment across Product, Marketing, Enablement, Industries, and field Sales - keeping partnership activity coordinated, reporting on progress, and acting as a thought partner on ecosystem strategy and the continuous evolution of Intapp's partner programme.
What you will need

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this (Senior) Partner Development Manager role, you will ideally have:

  • An intrapreneurial mindset - energised by ambiguity and white space, comfortable creating structure where none exists, and able to take end-to-end ownership in a high-velocity environment.
  • Management consulting-grade structured thinking - strong hypothesis-driven problem-solving, the ability to frame a market, build a plan, and make a clear, evidence-based case to senior executives; a management consulting background is preferred.
  • Genuine curiosity about applied and agentic AI, frontier models, and platform engineering - with the learning speed to get up to speed on a new partner, technical stack, or product capability quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to adapt naturally across technical and operational stakeholders and C-level executives, internally and externally.
  • Commercial acuity and cross-functional credibility - sound judgement on value creation and partner economics, and a track record of influencing and winning authority through trust in a matrixed organisation.
  • Exposure to enterprise technology, SaaS, cloud, or AI-native environments is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft ecosystems, cloud marketplace co-sell mechanics, or professional and financial services end-markets.
What you will gain at Intapp

At Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You'll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that's connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities. We'll collaborate and grow together, supporting each other in a positive, open atmosphere that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

Here, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Expand Your Skills: Unlock your potential with professional development opportunities supported by a community of experienced professionals. We offer reimbursement for training and continuing education to help you stay ahead in your career.
  • Enjoy Where You Work: Thrive in our modern, open offices designed to inspire creativity and collaboration. Our complimentary lunches and fully stocked kitchens ensure you have everything you need to stay energised throughout the day.

Our family-formation benefits and support during your family-building journey ensure you have the resources you need when it matters most. We believe in giving back and supporting our communities with paid volunteer time off and a donation matching programme for the causes you care about.

Join us and be a part of a collaborative and welcoming culture where your contributions are valued, and your professional growth is a priority. Together, we are building a company of long-term value that we can all be proud of.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
