As our Business Development Manager, you won't just sell—you’ll consult, strategize, and build partners for life. Your day-to-day will include:

Hunting & Prospecting: Researching potential clients, making connections, and scheduling face-to-face presentations with high-level decision-makers.
Consultative Selling: Diving deep into customer needs to design customized, value-added propositions, complex proposals, and competitive pricing structures.
Relationship Building: Actively participating in trade shows, corporate events, and local networking groups to expand our brand footprint.
Pipeline Management: Utilizing Salesforce.com to track your activities, manage your schedule, and forecast your pipeline.

What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who meets the following criteria:

The Track Record: 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
The Networker: A strong history of local association/networking involvement and excellent communication skills.
The Team Player: Proven ability to work seamlessly within a sales team and collaborate effectively with our Operations department.
The Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent proven experience speaks volumes.
