Jr Partner Alliance Manager
Government Acquisitions Inc. (GAI) – is seeking a Jr. Partner Alliance Manager to support the Partner Alliance team with strategic OEMs and manage some OEM partners to develop strategies to increase GAI's sales through those defined partners. Candidate will preferably be based out of the Washington-Baltimore, DC metro area.
Job Description amp; Work Responsibilities (Tasks include but are not limited to the following):
  • OEM Relationship Management — Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with assigned OEM partners.
  • Partner Program Execution — Manage training schedules, MDF claims, certifications, and reporting.
  • Sales Alignment — Support sales leadership in developing and executing OEM growth strategies.
  • Demand Generation Support — Coordinate with marketing to deliver partner-driven campaigns.
  • Pipeline amp; Growth Tracking — Ensure OEM and GAI sales teams have clear plans and measurable progress.
  • Industry Engagement — Represent GAI at partner events, conferences, and federal technology forums.
Qualifications/Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Ability to Travel to Assigned Partner OEM Events and Meetings.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, PowerPoint Development and Presentation Skills, Customer Service, Business and Negotiation Skills.
  • Strong Collaboration and Organizational Skills with a Sense of Urgency to Drive Revenue Generation for Assigned Partners.
  • Ability to Multi-task in a Dynamic, Rapidly Growing Organization.
