What You’ll Do

Champion Care for Youth & Families

  • Serve as a trusted partner to children, foster families, and care teams—guiding them throughout the foster care journey
  • Coordinate services, treatment planning, and resources to support each child’s unique needs
  • Facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings and actively contribute to admission, treatment, and discharge planning

Support & Empower Foster Families

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on support to foster parents
  • Conduct regular in-home visits to assess strengths, address needs, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
  • Help families navigate behavioral challenges using proven models like the Teaching Family Model

Be a Consistent Advocate

  • Maintain strong communication with biological families, social workers, and community partners
  • Represent Children’s Hope Alliance in court hearings, treatment reviews, and external meetings
  • Respond to urgent needs and provide crisis/on-call support when it matters most

Ensure Quality & Compliance

  • Keep accurate, timely documentation and case records using clinical management systems
  • Monitor foster home compliance with licensing standards and conduct ongoing reviews
  • Review medical administration records to ensure the safety and well-being of children
