ABOUT THE JOB
The Account Management Partner is a customer-facing role responsible for day-to-day account ownership, commercial execution, and operational decision-making across a defined portfolio of customer accounts. Acting as the primary internal and external point of contact, the Account Management Partner balances customer commitments with operational feasibility and Tech Etch's commercial objectives while operating with significant autonomy.
This role represents the evolution of traditional order-entry and transactional support into a proactive account management function, emphasizing judgment, prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional leadership as automation reduces manual data entry activities.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Ownership & Customer Execution
• Serve as the primary day-to-day customer contact for assigned accounts, managing delivery expectations, backlog, forecast accuracy, pricing execution, and order fulfillment.
• Independently prioritize account activity based on revenue impact, customer risk, delivery performance, and capacity constraints.
• Proactively identify risks to account health, delivery, or capacity and develop recommended courses of action.
• Support Global Account Managers by providing operational insight and execution support for account strategies.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews by preparing operational data and insights.
Commercial Support & Pricing Authority
• Execute pricing and commercial decisions within defined approval thresholds, informed by margin and contractual considerations.
• Escalate decisions exceeding authority levels with clear analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor account performance indicators including backlog health, forecast alignment, service performance, and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Technical Sales, and Global Account Managers to resolve complex, non-routine issues.
• Translate customer requirements into aligned internal priorities while balancing operational and financial realities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to workflows, data quality, service models, and account segmentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years of experience in account management, customer operations, sales operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong exposure to and comfort working in ERP and CRM environments
• Strong understanding of order-to-fulfillment processes and manufacturing workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and manage competing priorities.
• Financial and commercial acumen related to pricing execution, margin awareness, and contractual terms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field degree strongly preferred, but not required with equivalent experience

SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$90,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
