Job description

Position Summary

This very part-time position is primarily responsible for receiving and displaying product shipments for assigned store locations. The role also assists store management and leadership teams with customer service requests related to merchandising.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities focus on serving as a merchandising representative for OneSource within assigned territories, scheduled days, and allotted hours. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Stocking and merchandising products
  • Displaying products according to sales volume, store preferences, and regional programs
  • Reporting any display alterations or issues to OneSource management
  • Following all policies and procedures established by OneSource managers
  • Accurately recording time and completing feedback procedures
  • Performing additional duties as assigned related to the position

This is a part-time position and is not intended to lead to full-time employment.

Job Requirements and Competencies

  • Occasionally print documents from OneSource emails and respond to company correspondence within 24 hours
  • Maintain reliable transportation
  • Communicate all schedule changes to OneSource management and store leadership
  • Present a clean, neat, and professional appearance
  • Consistently complete assigned weekly store visits
  • Use the company smartphone app to document visits and clock in/out
  • Demonstrate strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain professional working relationships

Qualifications
