Part-Time Legal Receptionist
Law Firm
$21.00 per hour
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm | ~30 hours per week
Downtown Columbus, Ohio (Onsite)

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the face of the firm – greet clients and visitors warmly and ensure every person who walks through the door feels welcomed and taken care of
  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, setting the tone for the firm’s client experience
  • Schedule appointments and assist attorneys and staff with calendar management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office communications
  • Maintain and organize files, correspondence, and office records with accuracy and discretion
  • Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience required
  • Legal office experience is a plus but not required – a professional, polished demeanor matters more
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – you represent the firm every time you pick up the phone or greet a visitor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with standard office technology
  • Discreet, dependable, and professional – you understand the confidential nature of a legal environment
