About the Role

We are seeking motivated second and third-year law student(s) to join our team as Summer Law

Clerk(s). This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment where clerks

will work closely with experienced attorneys on substantive legal matters.


Responsibilities

Summer Law Clerks will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful legal work, including:

• Conducting legal research on complex issues

• Drafting memoranda and legal documents

• Assisting in the preparation of briefs and motions

• Drafting demand letters and correspondence

• Attending and assisting with depositions

• Observing and participating in court proceedings and trials

• Supporting case preparation and discovery activities

• Collaborating with attorneys on case strategy and analysis


Qualifications

Required:

• Currently enrolled as a rising second or third-year law student at an ABA-accredited law

school

• Strong academic record

• Excellent legal research and writing skills

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Commitment to working on-site in Columbus, Ohio


Preferred:

• Prior legal internship or work experience

• Law review, moot court, or clinic participation

• Interest in litigation practice
