Responsibilities
What does a Part Time Receptionist Do?
  • Work with the office staff to fulfill general office duties which include (but not limited to) filing, scanning, greeting customers, taking payment, answering phones and doing other daily work.
  • Part Time Receptionists work evenings and Saturdays revolving with another Part Time Receptionist. Schedules are published a month in advance.
  • Monday - Thursday shift 2:30pm - 8:00pm
  • Friday shift 2:30pm - 6:00pm
  • Saturday shift 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • Flexible 20-25 hour work weeks.
