To excel as a Part Time Work Control Planner, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in scheduling or maintenance planning, often supported by a background in facilities management or engineering. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and possibly certifications like PMP or maintenance planning credentials are typically important.
