Job description

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a growing, patient-focused dental practice in The Woodlands to find a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their team part-time-with strong potential for growth into additional days.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients, values autonomy in their schedule, and wants to be part of a practice that is actively growing and evolving.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including prophy and periodontal maintenance
  • See approximately 8 patients per day in a single-column schedule
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans
  • Partner with the clinical team to support overall patient care
  • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered environment

Schedule
  • Part-time: 2 days per week (flexible between Monday-Thursday)
  • Opportunity to grow into 3 days/week
  • Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • Morning team meeting before patient care begins
