Join Our Tasting Room Team at Sokol Blosser Winery!
If you are 21 or over, as a Tasting Room Associate, you will pour, educate, and sell wine!
Established in 1971, we’re proud pioneers of the Oregon wine industry. We blend tradition with innovation to craft award-winning wines while staying rooted in sustainability and community. If you're ready to learn, grow, and share great wine with great people, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
  • Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm while sharing knowledge of our wines and story.
  • Guide tastings, create memorable guest experiences, and build brand loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals (with commission bonuses!).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Tasting Room.
  • Support daily operations: restock inventory, answer phones, and process orders.
  • Lead or assist with guest tours and events.

Who You Are:
  • Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about wine and hospitality.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Able to multitask and handle occasional high-pressure moments with grace.
  • Excited to learn and share the Sokol Blosser story.

What You Bring:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid Oregon Server Permit required.
  • Previous experience in food, beverage, or hospitality required.
  • Prior wine experience is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

This is an hourly position starting with a base rate of $18.50. With shared tips and gratuities, the range is $18.50-$25.00. Hours will be part-time and can be close to full-time some weeks.
