Job description

Part-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | Home Health

AMI Wellness is seeking an experienced, dependable CNA to provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes during overnight shifts.

Regular Schedule
  • Thursday Night
  • Friday Night
  • Saturday Night

Additional weekday night shifts may be available if you're looking for extra hours.

Pay
  • Weekday Night Shifts: $26.00/hour
  • Weekend Shifts: $27.00/hour

Mileage reimbursement is provided for qualifying travel.

What You'll Do
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
  • Document care accurately and promptly.
  • Build trusting relationships with patients and families.
  • Current Colorado CNA certification.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between patient homes.
  • Dependable attendance and strong communication skills.
  • Previous home health or private-duty experience is a plus.

Because our patients thrive on routine, we work hard to keep caregivers assigned to the same patients on a consistent weekly schedule whenever possible.
