Join us!
Looking for a part-time job that's actually fun? Be part of the action at Massanutten Resort's Woodstone Recreation & Real Escapes! As a Recreation Desk Attendant, you'll play a key role in the guest experience - welcoming visitors, assisting with guest check-ins for recreation activities, and helping operate attractions like escape rooms and virtual reality. This is more than a desk position. You'll interact directly with guests, help facilitate activities, guide escape room and VR experiences, and create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. This is a seasonal position beginning in May, with flexible, part-time scheduling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We're looking for dependable, energetic team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in providing excellent service. Each shift offers variety, and no two days are the same.
Required
  • Must be 16 or older
  • Obtain CPR certification after employment

Preferred
  • Cash handling experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of resort operations and procedures

Typical Schedule
Days:
  • Days vary from week to week
    • Includes weekends, holidays, morning, and evening shifts

Hours:
  • Varied hours
    • 20 to 30 hours a week

Core Responsibilities
  • Greet resort guests and ensure that they possess a valid Massanutten ID
  • Process registrations for various recreational programs
  • Assist with recreational activities such as summer games, archery, and Teen Night
  • Assist with Escape Room and VR operations
  • Process monetary transactions
  • Troubleshoot Escape Room, VR, and Arcade issues
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
