About the Role:
North Star Photography in Fresno, CA is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our creative team! This is a great part-time seasonal opportunity to play a behind-the-scenes role in keeping our photography business running smoothly and efficiently. If you love organization and accuracy, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and maintain client, order, and session data into company databases and systems
  • Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
  • Organize and manage digital files, records, and photography order documentation
  • Assist with processing client orders
  • Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive business data
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed to assist daily operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven data entry experience or strong administrative background preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in Photoshop and light room programs is a plus but not required
