The Opportunity:
Join our team as we build the future. As part of the team, you will maintain two legacy systems and build the new system that will combines their functionality. Put your development skills to the test and work as part of a SAFe Agile team. You will solicit requirements from the client that will shape user stories, create wire frame mock-ups, create wire frames, and hand off for development of mission-critical capabilities.
You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience in UI/UX roles
  • Experience designing intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications
  • Experience conducting user research, developing personas, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Experience in tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
  • Ability to understand user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards
  • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills for presenting design concepts and gathering feedback
  • Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX projects and measurable impact on user satisfaction
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience in Java libraries, including MongoDB, Spring, and OSGi
  • Experience with Perl, Python, Lua, and NGINX

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
