A Barista atStarbucks is a customer service expert who:

KeyResponsibilities:

• Deliver agenuine Starbucks experienceby providing high-quality service and handcrafted beverages.
• Maintain a clean and safe store, ensuring equipment is properly cared for, and anticipate customers' needs with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate punctualityand consistent attendance by arriving on time and ready to work.
• Be available to work flexible hours, includingearly mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, andholidays.
• Support store operations, including food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and adhering to safety and security standards.
• Collaborate with teammatesto meet and exceed operational goals, creating an atmosphere that guests love to visit.

Summary ofQualifications:

• No barista experience required, but a passion for coffee and customer service is a must.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experienceis required.
• Must have ahigh school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Basicmath skillsfor handling cash.
• Problem-solving skillsand the ability to think on your feet.
• A love fordelivering exceptional serviceand creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
