Job Description:

Involved in Optical adjustments, alignment of microscopes, system bring up, all electrical connections, fluid plumbing connections, module test, final assembly test, and Q.A. tests of automated Urine Analyzer. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Align and adjust Optical Systems.
  • Perform functional tests as complete module.
  • Trouble shoot, diagnose and resolve problems to component or module level.
  • Follow bring up procedures including functional system and electro-mechanical tests.
  • Calibrate Urine Analyzer within specifications and functional tests to release for Q.A. tests.
  • Complete Q.A. testing to release system as final product.
  • Complete documentation, inventory transactions, and Device History Records (DHR).
  • Assemble and Disassemble Electro-Mechanical assemblies.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • AS degree in an Engineering technology or equivalent trade school certification in electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
  • At least 2 years' experience as test technician and troubleshooting electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Also Experience in QSR or ISO environment.
  • Ability to operate various types of hand tools and test equipment such as Volt-Ohm Meter, Oscilloscope, and Logic Analyzer.
  • Read blue prints, assembly drawings, bill of material, wiring diagram, follow assembly instructions and schematics written in English
