Job description

We have an opening for a skilled LPN, LVN, or RN full-time at our clinic located at 2822 E. Colfax Ave, Denver 80206

The selected candidate will be responsible for dispensing Methadone and Buprenorphine medications to individuals receiving treatment for opioid use disorder. This position requires compassion, professionalism, and the ability to provide care in a multicultural environment while working with a vulnerable population. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity, respect, and a commitment to supporting patients throughout their recovery journey while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations.

Job Type: Full- Time

Salary: $32-$37 per hour experience and credential dependant

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Saturday Sign-up : 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (at least once a month at another Metro area clinic)

Responsibilities:

Administer TB tests, blood draw and take/record vitals.

Dosing patients

Ensuring medication safety

Recording urine analysis and Breathalyzer results, reviewing results with patients

The dispensing nurse will work under the guidance and collaboration of the Medical Director and Nursing Supervisor. The position offers an opportunity to identify and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating the ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations.
