Travel Laboratory Medical Technologist (Lab Med Tech)
Location: Claremore, OK
Shift: Nights โ€“ 3x12s + 1x8 (Sat/Sun/Mon โ€“ 7Pโ€“7A, every other Tue โ€“ 11Pโ€“7A)
Contract Type: Travel | Full-Time

Join a highly skilled healthcare team as a Travel Laboratory Medical Technologist and put your expertise to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. This position offers a unique schedule that provides work-life balance while supporting critical lab operations overnight.

Position Details
  • Schedule: 3x12s + 1x8 (Nights)

  • Shift Times: Sat/Sun/Mon (7Pโ€“7A), every other Tue (11Pโ€“7A)

  • Setting: Hospital Laboratory

  • Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years required

Requirements
  • Certification: Registered Laboratory Technician with

    • American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or

    • American Medical Technologists (AMT)

  • Licenses/Certifications:

    • AHA BLS (in hand)

  • Experience:

    • Blood Bank (required)

    • Pediatrics (required)

    • Chemistry (Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics) (required)

    • Cerner Millennium & Oracle experience (required)

  • Phlebotomy skills: Preferred but not required

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Perform and analyze laboratory tests for blood, tissue, and body fluids

  • Ensure quality control and accurate documentation in compliance with lab standards

  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide timely diagnostic information

  • Operate and maintain lab equipment, including Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics analyzers

  • Participate in cross-functional team communication to improve lab processes
