Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
The Dual Enrollment Assistant provides administrative and operational
support for the Dual Enrollment/Early College department by assisting students through the dual
enrollment application and registration process and managing enrollment-related records and
requests. Responsibilities include distributing academic warnings and enrollment reports,
processing schedule change requests, maintaining and updating program materials, coding
student information in the CRM, preparing academic awards, supporting new student orientation
programs, and assisting with a variety of departmental initiatives to ensure efficient program
operations and student success.
This position works part time; working up to 28 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in higher education or K-12 Environments
  • Familiarity with dual enrollment programs and student onboarding processes

Other Information
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Director of Dual Enrollment with managing the day-to-day operations of the Early College Program.
  • Manages the dual enrollment inbox, including processing schedule change requests and handling inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate, timely student records and updates student coding within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Submits weekly enrollment and academic warning reports to K-12 school partners.
  • Assist students with the dual enrollment application process.
  • Assists with the pre-registration of dual enrollment students during peak periods in March and October.
  • Assists with the coordination, setup, and execution of new student orientations, particularly during major sessions in August.
  • Provides staffing coverage at the Niles campus and works major admissions events, supporting the Event Coordinator as needed.
  • Updates and maintains dual enrollment program materials.
  • Prints and distributes academic awards and completion certificates.
  • Supports the team by assisting with various departmental activities and projects as requested.
