We’re looking for someone to provide part-time front desk sales support, two days a week, at our Sales Center in Estero

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls; greet and direct office visitors with professionalism

  • Process, sort, and distribute daily mail and incoming faxes

  • Order, organize, and maintain inventory of general office supplies, including copier and fax machine materials

  • Distribute faxes and documents to appropriate recipients in a timely manner

  • Maintain and update community reports, including traffic reports, sitemaps, and demographic data

  • Review sales contracts to ensure all required documents are completed and signed prior to submission

  • Open and prepare model homes or displays each day after the arrival of sales staff

  • Manage the office’s “UP” system to track visitor interactions or sales leads

  • Coordinate food and beverage orders for meetings and events, as needed

  • Serve as the point of contact for RSVPs and attendee management for events

  • Organize, file, and manage building or development plans

  • Prepare correspondence such as letters; perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and document research

  • Maintain a courteous, helpful, and approachable presence at all times to support a welcoming office environment

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

      • Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion
      • May occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
