Position: Weekend Receptionist
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Shift: Saturday & Sunday | 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Weekend Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. This role supports daily operations and ensures a welcoming, professional environment during weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Greet visitors and provide directions to resident rooms or offices

  • Issue and collect visitor ID badges

  • Maintain resident directories and emergency contact information

  • Assist department directors with typing, filing, and correspondence

  • Support payroll and administrative functions as needed

  • Track key contract dates and renewals

  • Operate office equipment (phones, copiers, voicemail, paging systems)
