Responsibilities
Scheduling service appointments for customers
Handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
Responding to internet service inquiries
Answering questions about maintenance, recalls, and warranty coverage
Following up with customers regarding appointments and recommendations
Working closely with Service Advisors and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
Entering customer information accurately into the CRM
Maintaining detailed customer and service records
Qualifications
Customerfocused, energetic, and selfmotivated
Experience in customer service or call center environments
Strong verbal and written communication
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Excellent computer and typing skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience with Volie, CDK, or XTime is a plus
Ability to address customer concerns promptly and professionally
Working Hours
This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled between 9am-6pm and 10am-7pm. Candidates must be available to work these shifts, including alternating weekends, as our department operates 7 days a week.
