About the Role

Jabezco Industrial Group is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Clerk Typist to support our administrative operations by preparing, typing, and maintaining business documents and records. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type, format, and proofread reports, correspondence, forms, and other business documents.

  • Enter and update information into company databases and record systems.

  • Maintain accurate digital files and company records.

  • Review documents for accuracy and correct formatting.

  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization.

  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documents using Microsoft Office.

  • Respond to emails and provide general administrative support as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
