Job Summary:

The IT Support Intern is responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees across Natural Choice Foods and Daily Deals. This role serves as a primary point of contact for technology-related issues and supports the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and network connectivity.

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world IT experience while supporting business users and working closely with senior IT staff. A Sample of the Role:
Help Desk amp; End User Support
  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment.
  • Monitor the company’s ticket management system, respond to support requests, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues for end users.
Systems amp; Application Support
  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and VPN-related issues.
  • Follow cybersecurity policies and procedures to help protect company systems and data while providing professional and courteous customer service.
Operations amp; Technology Support
  • Support warehouse technologies, including handheld RF scanners, workstation terminals, and label printers.
  • Participate in technology rollouts, upgrades, equipment setup, and special projects.
  • Maintain inventory records for IT hardware, peripherals, and software assets.
