Position Summary

The Part-Time Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and leading the sales team during assigned shifts. This role serves as a leader on the sales floor, ensuring operational excellence, visual presentation, and company standards are consistently executed while fostering a positive, high-energy team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Drive sales through active selling, product knowledge, and effective customer engagement.
  • Coach associates on selling behaviors, including:
    • Building customer relationships
    • Increasing Units Per Transaction (UPT)
    • Improving Average Dollar Sale (ADS)
    • Driving conversion
  • Promote current marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Leadership

  • Supervise the sales floor during assigned shifts.
  • Motivate and coach associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
  • Provide real-time feedback to improve selling skills and customer service.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and inclusion.

Operations

  • Open and close the store following company procedures.
