What You’ll Do

  • Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair
  • Repair or replace damaged wood, including rot, decay, and deterioration
  • Apply, shape, and finish epoxy and protective coatings using approved techniques
  • Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate professionally with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Manage time and tasks to complete projects efficiently
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
