Job Summary:

As a Store Employee at GFG, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and efficiently handling transactions. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and operating the cash register, among other duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
    • Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Stocking and Merchandising:
    • Replenish stock on shelves and ensure displays are clean, organized, and properly labeled.
    • Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying the accuracy of shipments.
    • Rotate products as necessary and check for expiration dates to maintain product quality.
  • Store Maintenance:
