Job Description
The Basement Brewhaus Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall inventory, ordering and accounting of the Basement Brewhaus stock including, but not limited to: beverages, bagels, dairy, soup, condiments, paper & plastic products, coffee supplies, cleaning supplies, coffee, and tea.
This position reports to the Basement Brewhaus Student Manager and the Assistant Director of Campus Activities.

The University Centers Student Employment Program Wage Classification Scale classifies this position as Division I, Range I.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must be available to maintain a minimum of 15 office hours per week during the semester and attend weekly staff meetings. Some working hours during breaks may be available. The Inventory Coordinator must be able to supervise and work without direct supervision.
Students applying for this position must pass a Criminal Background Check initiated by the University Centers.
Successful applicants must complete mandatory Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance Training within 8 weeks of beginning employment. PCI training will be provided by the University Centers and must be kept up to date throughout employment with the University Centers.
Successful applicants must also enroll in a Responsible Beverage Training class and obtain a Portage County Operator's License within their first semester of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, food service, and/or as a barista/bartender is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or spreadsheet usage is ideal.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates with at least two semesters remaining at UWSP.
Education
The Inventory Coordinator must be at least a part-time student (enrolled in a minimum of 6 undergraduate or 5 graduate credits) and be in good academic standing (cumulative and semester GPAs of 2.0 or higher) at the time of hiring and throughout employment.
