Part Time Stationary Engineers often work varied shifts or may be assigned to different facilities, which can present challenges such as quickly adapting to new equipment, learning different facility protocols, and maintaining effective communication with full-time staff. Staying up-to-date with each site's safety procedures and maintenance schedules is vital to ensure seamless operations.
