The Athletes Global Sports Performance Program is designed to help athletes of all ages and skill levels reach their peak physical and mental performance. Our dynamic training approach focuses on building speed, power, agility, and endurance while strengthening leadership, discipline, and mindset. Each session combines high-intensity athletic development with personal growth and character training, ensuring that every athlete becomes stronger both on and off the field.
Program Focus Areas
Our sports performance program provides elite-level instruction in:
  • Speed and Agility: Improve quickness, acceleration, and change of direction.
  • Explosion and Power: Develop fast-twitch muscle response and explosive movement.
  • Strength and Conditioning: Build endurance, stability, and total-body control.
  • Flexibility and Balance: Enhance coordination, mobility, and injury prevention.
  • Proper Running Technique: Learn efficient form and mechanics to maximize performance.
  • Vertical Leap Training: Increase jumping ability through targeted strength and plyometric exercises.
  • Fitness and Nutrition: Gain a deeper understanding of proper training habits and healthy eating.
  • Mental Preparation and Focus: Build confidence, resilience, and a winning mindset.
  • Mentoring and Leadership: Receive one-on-one mentorship to develop accountability and teamwork.

Each participant will also receive a personal evaluation form with feedback and recommendations for continued improvement.
Responsibilities
The Training Sports Coach requires a background in teaching the fundamentals of sports such as basketball, flag football, soccer, and fitness training. We provide daily leadership, mentoring, and nutritional education homework instruction to our participants attending our summer camps. You will have to complete a background check to obtain this position. We are looking for our instructors that have a background in teaching:
