PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON OF 2026-27. WE WILL NOT START THE INTERVIEWING PROCESS UNTIL MID-AUGUST WITH AN ANTICIPATED START DATE OF MID-SEPTEMBER.

We are recruiting for part-time, game night staff for the Orlando Magic, Osceola Magic, and Orlando Solar Bears. Whether you are a college student, a teacher with a flexible schedule, someone looking to re-enter the workforce, or someone just looking for additional income, our part-time, event roles could be perfect for you.
What our Part-Time hiring process is like:
While every position is different, our part-time hiring process is typically a two-step process, sometimes more depending on the nature of the role. After you apply, your resume will be reviewed by our hiring manager for that particular role.
After interviews have been conducted, candidates whom the hiring manager selected will be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team. Candidates who are not selected to move forward will be contacted via email. We would love to call 100% of the candidates, however we typically interview well over 250 candidates during this part-time hiring week, and we want to give every candidate the decision as soon as possible.
A quick summary about the Part-Time Arena Passgate Representative role:
This role will serve as first point of contact for in-game performers, third party vendors and other team visitors checking in for Orlando Magic home games. The rep also be a point of contact for in-game reports and calls to the Arena Operations Team throughout all Magic Games.
What the position will be responsible for:
  • Check in guests in Kia Center Employee Entrance by issuing the appropriate single game credentials.
  • Contact appropriate Orlando Magic employees as needed with troubleshooting during check in process.
  • Assist as the point of contact for issues that arise in Employee Entrance by contacting appropriate Orlando Magic employee.
  • Document and report all radio calls throughout the game for the Arena Operations Team using 24/7 platform.
  • Contact appropriate Orlando Magic employees as needed throughout the game with troubleshooting/ emergency occurrences during each game.
  • Have the ability to direct all radio calls to the appropriate channels.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What is required for the role:
  • High school degree or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other related computer skills required.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
