Receptionist/Front Desk

Cambridge Post-Acute Care is looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at our main entrance.

As our Front Desk Representative you will be the “face” of the company for all visitors. The ideal candidate will be friendly and easy going while being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.

  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.

  • Sorting and distributing mail.

  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field is required.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
