GREAT OPPORTUNITY PART-TIME DURING THE WEEKEND!


The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. This role provides exceptional customer service while maintaining the safety, security, and professional atmosphere of the condominium community. The Concierge manages front desk operations, assists residents with requests, and supports building management in daily operations.

Concierge for luxury Beach Condo. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Monitor building access and visitor entry procedures
  • Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate deliveries, packages, and service requests
  • Maintain visitor logs and incident reports
  • Assist residents with reservations, move-ins/move-outs, and amenity scheduling
  • Communicate with maintenance staff, security personnel, and property management
  • Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity or emergencies
  • Ensure the lobby and common areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Handle resident complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Support emergency procedures and building protocols as needed

Pay Scale: Up to $21 DOE
