Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to parishioners, visitors, and callers
  • Perform front office operations, including phones, email, and general inquiries
  • Maintain parish records, sacramental documentation, and databases
  • Receive payments and coordinate Mass intentions, calendars, and scheduling
  • Support clergy and staff with administrative needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all parish matters
  • Assist with liturgical and seasonal administrative tasks as needed
    • Prepare special mailings and other projects.
    • Prepares and manages parish calendar for all parish activities.
    • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies ensuring an adequate supply of forms, paper, sacramental certificates, etc.
    • Assist with communications: Weekend announcement
    • Assist in planning and executing parish events and meetings as appropriate. May include assigning and overseeing volunteers for said events.

Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Prior administrative or parish office experience preferred
