Job Description

Donia & Associates in Exton is looking for a Showroom Coordinator. This would be a part-time position (approximately 2-5pm Monday-Friday) for a qualified, organized, responsible, and self motivated applicant!

  • Sending and coordinating samples for designers & architects
  • Following-up with designers, project managers, GCs for the rep's projects
  • Maintaining & replenishing stock of our showroom
  • Developing a knowledge of the products we carry to advance our current projects 
Qualifications

The Showroom Coordinator will require computer skills including but not limited to the ability to correspond professionally through email and a working knowledge of Excel. Superior organization skills are a must to manage and coordinate inventory of samples in showroom and keep up general order and cleanliness. Applicant should be productive, responsible, and able to work independently. Position requires a laptop computer as well as a reliable car.
