How does the schedule and team collaboration typically work for a Part Time Sales Manager?

As a Part Time Sales Manager, you’ll often have a flexible schedule, which can include evenings or weekends depending on your company’s needs. Despite reduced hours, you're expected to lead and motivate your sales team, set targets, and monitor progress. Balancing responsibilities and maintaining team cohesion with a part-time presence can be a challenge, but strong organizational and communication skills make it manageable.
