As a Part-time Nurse Practitioner, NP you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Lebanon, OR.
Job Highlights:
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule-working just one day per week between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (your choice of day).
  • In this close-knit clinic, you'll provide Primary Care, Acute Visits, and light Occupational Health services while building meaningful connections with the patients you serve.

What You'll Do
  • Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
  • Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
  • Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
  • Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
  • Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
  • Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
  • Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
  • Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
  • Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
  • Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
