Qualifications you currently have:

  • ย  ย  ย ย Completed CNA-accredited Skin Wellness Associate Nurse course (SWAN) or International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC)
  • ย  ย  ย  ย Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • ย  ย  ย  ย Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • ย  ย  ย  ย Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • ย  ย  ย  ย Two years of previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in a hospital or community setting
  • ย  ย  ย  ย Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset
