What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provides safe, accurate and clinically competent direct care based on patient needs.
  • Obtains vital signs and height/weight and documents in a thorough, accurate and timely manner in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Collects from the patient required information such as smoking status, allergies and medication list and documents in a thorough, accurate and timely manner in the EMR.
  • Assists in identifying patients at risk for suicide through use of evidence based screening and assessment questionnaires.
  • Gathers necessary information and facilitates the process for obtaining prior authorization of psychotropic medications.
