Full and Part-time Night shift (6:00pm-6:30am) RN positions available!
RN starting wage***$39.566/hr-$51.797/hr (Breakdown: $36.566/hr-$48.797/hr plus $3 differential for any hours worked)***** Pay rate may be commensurate with experience.
**$1.50-$2.50 shift differentials**
** $200 monthly bonus for commutes of 30 miles or more! **
Job duties:
Coordination of client care services to include comprehensive admission assessment and care plans. Provide nursing care and on-going assessment. Provide direction and nursing leadership in the accomplishment of care plan and unit care team activities. Act as client advocate and is a leader in quality improvement, safety and infection control.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A current license to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.
Other: Must pass background checks and complete pre-employment drug screening.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge of nursing theory and practice; accepted standards of care; policies and procedures governing nursing care; sanitation and infection control standards, policies and procedures and techniques of providing quality nursing care. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and push/pull occasionally up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis; to frequently bend at the waist and neck and frequently twist at the waist and walk or stand up to 50% of the shift.
