Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing healthcare team. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patients throughout their treatment and recovery process in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
