Our team of highly trained professionals is comprised of passionate individuals who have dedicated their lives to caring for others, and we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of nursing practices, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatment planning, and administering medications. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
  • Coordination of Care: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to address concerns and provide updates on patient status.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Training and Supervision: Mentor and guide nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, ensuring adherence to care protocols and facility procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required.
