Part-Time | Hybrid | Bergen County, NJ
is a boutique private duty home care agency focused on helping older adults age at home with dignity, safety, and human connection.
We are seeking a compassionate and community-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about geriatric care and enjoys mentoring caregivers, supporting families, and educating the community.
This is an ideal role for an RN looking for meaningful, flexible work outside of a hospital setting.
What You'll Do
Clinical Oversight
  • Conduct client assessments and reassessments
  • Develop and oversee plans of care
  • Perform supervisory visits and clinical documentation
  • Provide guidance during changes in condition or care concerns

Caregiver Training & Support
  • Conduct CHHA competency evaluations
  • Lead the clinical portion of caregiver orientation
  • Support and mentor caregivers in the field

Community Education & Outreach
  • Participate in lunch-and-learns, wellness talks, and community events
  • Help educate families and referral partners on aging, dementia care, fall prevention, and aging in place

What We're Looking For
  • Active NJ RN license in good standing
  • Experience in home care, geriatrics, hospice, rehabilitation, or case management preferred

Compensation Structure
This role combines a small monthly retainer with hourly clinical compensation.
