This Plumbing Customer Service Representative position pays a competitive hourly wage. We have flexible schedules available with no mandatory work on Saturdays and Sundays and no mandatory on-call. As a Plumbing Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. You receive incoming client calls assist them with their plumbing needs and dispatch service calls to field technicians.

With great attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
