Required Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Support or Contact Center environment.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong working knowledge of software applications used in customer support/reservations (or similar).
  • Proficient in keyboarding and multitasking in real time.
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must be willing to travel to Dallas, Texas for training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, mid-days, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
  • Associate's degree (or similar).

Preferred:

  • Customer Support within the Travel/Aviation Industry.
  • Current residents of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex or Rapid City, SD highly preferred.
