Remote Attorney Opportunity | Federal Government Contracts & Transactions
Are you a government contracts attorney looking for part time work? Do you enjoy working remotely? If so, R & W Group has a great new opportunity! One of our favorite clients, a growing and busy law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney with federal government contracts and/or commercial transactional experience to support an expanding practice.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking for flexible, sophisticated work in a collaborative and fast paced environment. The role is expected to start at approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, with the potential for additional work as the practice continues to grow.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Drafting federal government joint ventures
  • Preparing and reviewing operating agreements
  • Reviewing federal government contracts and related transactional matters
  • Assisting with additional commercial contract work as needed

Qualifications:
  • Experience with federal government contracts required
  • Commercial transactional experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
